These terms govern access to and use of sightis.com, in whichever language it is displayed. By browsing the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
They do not govern the services we provide to clients, which are the subject of a separate written agreement, nor the processing of your personal data, which is described in our privacy policy.
The site publishes analyses, cases and points of view. They are written for a general professional readership, on the basis of public sources and our own experience, at the date of publication. They are not advice to you or to your organisation, they do not take your situation into account, and no engagement or duty of care arises from reading them. Figures, sources and dates are given so that you can check them; the conclusions you draw remain yours.
Nothing on the site constitutes an offer. An engagement with Sightis begins only with a signed agreement.
The site, its structure, texts, cases, illustrations, logos and the name Sightis are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Sightis or to the parties who licensed them to us. Photographs are used under licence from their authors.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute about the site that cannot be settled amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to mandatory rules that grant another court jurisdiction.
